Basic Energy Services To Hold Analyst Meeting On May 29, 2014

FORT WORTH, Texas, May 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Basic Energy Services, Inc. (NYSE: BAS) ("Basic") will be holding its first Analyst Meeting in Houston, Texas on Thursday, May 29, 2014 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Central Time (9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time).

The meeting will be webcast live and a replay will be available on the Investor Relations section of Basic's website at http://www.basicenergyservices.com.

Roe Patterson, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Alan Krenek, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, as well as other members of the senior management team will review the Company's growth and strategic initiatives and discuss Basic's capital structure and financial objectives.
